    All fish guaranteed live delivery with overnight shipping, no delivery gyuarantee on other forms of shipping.. Full credit or refund given for any fish arriving DOA. For DOA credit we may request a photo or other proof of problem. DOA must be claimed within two hours of delivery.

    There is no credit or refund for shipping charges for DOA fish. We do not pay shipping charges for replacement fish.

    When sold as pairs we make every possible effort to insure that you receive fish of each sex. However, if by chance the fish you purchase as a pair turn out to be of the same sex 50% credit will be issued.

    All orders must be prepaid including estimated freight. I accept payment via Paypal, certified check or personal check. If paying by personal check you must plan at least 4 weeks advance payment to allow check to clear before shipment.

    Typically I ship overnight via FedEx as they have the best service and price in my area. However, UPS is also available. Express Mail is not available for overnight guarantee. I can arrange alternate forms of shipping at your request however, as noted above, I will not guarantee live delivery if shipped other than next day.

    All fish will be double bagged and packed in oxygen or packed in breather bags.

    I only ship fish a few times a year and you must accept them on my schedule!

    Shipments will be on a Monday or Tuesday to allow time for delays.
